Le mode de reglement est le mandat administratif suivi d'un virement bancaire. Conformement au Decret no 2013-269 du 29/03/13, relatif a la lutte contre les retards de paiement dans les contrats de la commande publique, le delai de paiement est de 50 jours.

Il prendra effet a compter de la date de reception de la facture, sous reserve que la marchandise soit reconnue conforme et la facture validee. Toute non conformite suspendra le delai.

Le defaut de paiement dans le delai prevu ci-dessus donne droit au versement d'interets moratoires. Le taux de ces interets moratoires correspond au taux directeur de la Banque Centrale Europeenne en vigueur au premier jour du semestre au cours duquel les interets moratoires ont commence a courir, majore de huit points de pourcentage.

Le mode de financement est celui d'exploitation du budget de l'ap-hm.

L'examen des candidatures est detaille a l'article11.1 du reglement de consultation.

L'examen des offres est detaille a l'article11.2 du reglement de consultation. L'Attribution ainsi que la notification sont renseignees a l'article 11.4 et 11.5 du reglement de consultation.

Les documents a fournir par le candidat auxquels il est envisage d'attribuer le marche sont detailles a l'article 10 du reglement de consultation.

Des renseignements complementaires sont autorises jusqu'a une semaine avant la date limite de remise des offres, a savoir le 27 Octobre 2017 a 16 heures (cf article 13 du reglement de consultation).
