Le SEROC, etablissement public de cooperation intercommunale associant deux syndicats de collecte et quatre communautes de communes, regroupant 168 communes et plus de 150 000 habitants, dispose de la competence Traitement des dechets menagers, ainsi qu'une competence optionnelle pour la gestion des decheteries. A ce titre, il assure le traitement des dechets ultimes et du tri selectif. A l'issue de la consultation pour le Traitement des dechets menagers et assimiles lancee le 28/07/2017 qui comportait 16 lots, le lot 4 Tri des dechets issus de la collecte selective en porte a porte du secteur Nord a ete declare sans suite pour motif d'interet general en raison d'une insuffisance de concurrence. La relance de ce lot fait l'objet de la presente consultation.
