II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

West of Scotland Housing Association are seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of Electrical Periodic Inspection and Testing services, Portable Appliance Testing and the possibility of remedial works with a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor. The Contract is intended to commence not later than Monday 27.11.2017 and will operate for a maximum of three years (with the option for an extension of one+one further years), subject to satisfactory performance of the successful Bidder which will be measured through the Key Performance Indicators. The Contract will primarily be delivered across Glasgow, Ayrshire and Lanarkshire. The anticipated Contract Value is approximately 120 000 GBP per annum (excluding VAT) based on 686 EICR's, PAT at various offices / sheltered properties and a nominal sum for potential remedial works which is not guaranteed.

West of Scotland Housing Association will only engage with an electrical contractor that is a member of an accredited registration scheme operated by a recognised body (e.g. NICEIC or SELECT) thus, giving some degree of confidence that the firm and/or person is competent.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Please refer to these statements when completing Section 4B of Tender Document A ESPD (Scotland).

Question 4B.1.1 ? Bidders will be required to have a minimum general yearly turnover of 200 000 GBP for the last 2 years.

Question 4B.1.2 ? Bidders will be required to have an average yearly turnover of a minimum of 200 000 GBP for the last 2 years.

4C.1.2 ? Bidders will be required to provide examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services as described within part II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice or relevant section of the Site Notice.

The performance of the successful Bidder will be monitored through the Key Performance Indicators described within Tender Document F Key Performance Indicators attached to this Contract Notice. Where performance falls below the minimum acceptable level during, the successful Bidder will be required to produce a Remedial Plan for the approval of West of Scotland Housing Association. Failure to produce a Remedial Plan or implement an approved Remedial Plan will be deemed to be a breach of the Contract, which may lead to the termination of the successful Bidder's Contract.

? Provides false or inaccurate information. West of Scotland Housing Association reserves the right to terminate the successful Bidders' Contract and all costs incurred by West of Scotland Housing Association as a result of the termination shall be recovered from the Bidder;

? Submits their completed Tender response after the Tender Closing date and time.
