* Le candidat produit le document unique de marche europeen, qui consiste en une declaration sur l'honneur propre actualisee et qui est accepte par le pouvoir adjudicateur a titre de preuve a priori en lieu et place des documents ou certificats delivres par des autorites publiques ou des tiers pour confirmer que le candidat concerne:

1 ne se trouve pas dans l'une des situations d'exclusion visees aux articles 67 a 69 de la loi du 17.6.2016;

2 repond aux criteres de selection applicables qui ont ete etablis conformement a l'article 71 de la loi du 17.6.2016;

* Un extrait du casier judiciaire ou un document equivalent delivre par une autorite judiciaire ou administrative du pays d'origine ou de provenance et dont il resulte que le soumissionnaire:

? n'a pas fait l'objet d'une condamnation prononcee par un jugement ayant force de chose jugee pour participation a une organisation criminelle, corruption, fraude, infractions terroristes, infractions liees aux activites terroristes ou incitation a commettre une telle infraction, complicite ou tentative d'une telle infraction, blanchiment de capitaux ou financement de terrorisme, travail des enfants et autres formes de traite des etres humains, occupation de ressortissants de pays tiers en sejour illegal;
