a) regolare iscrizione, per la tipologia dei servizi oggetto di appalto, nel registro della Camera di Commercio, ovvero, per cittadini di altri stati UE non residenti in Italia, iscrizione, secondo le modalita vigenti nello stato di appartenenza, in uno dei Registri professionali e commerciali;

b) iscrizione nell'Albo dei soggetti abilitati ad effettuare attivita di accertamento e riscossione dei tributi e delle entrate delle Province e dei Comuni istituito presso il Ministero competente, regolato dalle norme del D.M. 11.9.2000, n 289, cosi come previsto dall'art. 53 del D.Lgs. 15.12.1997, n. 446, che abbiamo un capitale sociale interamente versato conforme alla normativa vigente. In caso di Raggruppamenti temporanei di imprese, il requisito di cui al presente punto deve essere posseduto da ciascuna impresa che, nell'ambito del raggruppamento, svolgera le attivita per le quali e richiesta l'iscrizione a tale Albo.
