Declaration concernant le chiffre d'affaires global et, le cas echeant, le chiffre d'affaires concernant les travaux objet du contrat, portant au maximum sur les 3 derniers exercices disponibles en fonction de la date de creation de l'entreprise ou du debut d'activite de l'operateur economique, dans la mesure ou les informations sur ces chiffres d'affaires sont disponibles;

Declaration appropriee de banques ou, le cas echeant, preuve d'une assurance pour les risques professionnels.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

Declaration indiquant les effectifs moyens annuels du candidat et l'importance du personnel d'encadrement pour chacune des 3 dernieres annees;

Liste des travaux executes au cours des 5 dernieres annees, appuyee d'attestations de bonne execution pour les travaux les plus importants. Ces attestations indiquent le montant, l'epoque et le lieu d'execution des travaux et precisent s'ils ont ete effectues selon les regles de l'art et menes regulierement a bonne fin;

Declaration indiquant l'outillage, le materiel et l'equipement technique dont le candidat dispose pour la realisation du contrat;

Description de l'equipement technique, des mesures employees par l'operateur economique pour s'assurer de la qualite et des moyens d'etude et de recherche de son entreprise.

III.2.2) Contract performance conditions:

Retenue de garantie de 5,000 %, qui peut etre remplacee par une garantie a premiere demande.

Caracteristiques des prix: prix global forfaitaire.

Modalites de variation des prix: revision mensuelle. Une avance de 5 000 % sera accordee dans les conditions prevues au contrat.

Modalite de reglement des comptes: selon les modalites du CCAG-Travaux. Le delai global de paiement est de 30 jours.

Modalites de financements: financement Etat ? region IDF-Departement 94. Aucune forme de groupement imposee a l'attributaire.

Il est interdit aux candidats de presenter plusieurs offres en agissant a la fois:
