Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om een ervaren partij te vinden, die volledig voor eigen rekening en risico de opdracht uitvoert.

De opdracht behelst de warmtelevering door middel van een warmtenet voor ruimteverwarming en de bereiding van warmtapwater voor nieuw te realiseren woningen in de wijken Tuindershof en Keijzershof te Pijnacker-Nootdorp.

Het ontwerp, de aanleg, het onderhoud, het beheer en de exploitatie van een duurzame warmtevoorziening (warmtelevering), maakt deel uit van de opdracht. Hierbij wordt een voorziening gerealiseerd zijnde een aardwarmtevoorziening of een alternatieve warmtevoorziening. Bij de aardwarmtevoorziening wordt gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige geothermische bron van Duijvestijn.

Voor deze opdracht wordt een overeenkomst met opdrachtnemer gesloten voor een periode van totaal dertig (30) jaar. De reden voor deze looptijd is dat de verwachte terugverdien tijd van de investering staat op dertig (30) jaar.
