Le present accord-cadre a bons de commande, attribue a un titulaire unique, a pour objet la location de materiel, l'installation et l'exploitation en qualite institutionnelle de haut niveau d'un ensemble d'equipements destines a la captation audiovisuelle et a la diffusion sur ecran de medias depuis des supports de differentes technologies, dans le cadre d'evenements de type colloque, seminaire, conference, spectacle musical ou diffusion d'un programme telediffuse.

Les prestations relatives au present accord-cadre sont decrites dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulieres (Cctp). Le cahier des clauses techniques particulieres decrit les modalites de preparation, d'organisation et de deroulement des prestations.

L'emission des bons de commande intervient au fur et a mesure de la survenance des besoins.

Le titulaire ne pourra pas refuser la reconduction. Sa duree totale ne pourra exceder quatre ans.
