To procure a Council-wide safe collection and disposal call-out service for Bio-hazardous and Contaminated Waste across the Doncaster Borough. When serious incidents occur the call-out service may be required at any time, 24 hours per day, every day of the year, with a 1 hour response required. The scope of the Contract includes (but is not limited to) the safe removal and disposal of:

? Asbestos (Cement, soil contaminated by asbestos, asbestos sheets).

? Body fluids and tissue human and/or animal (blood, faeces, urine, skin).

? Sharps (needles, syringes).

? Known and unknown liquids and hazardous waste (liquids, powders and solids).
