I henhold til lov nr. 492 af 12.5.2010 om handhvelse af udbudsreglerne m.v. (med senere ndringer) glder flgende klagefrister i relation til gennemfrelse af udbud. Klage over ikke at vre prkvalificeret skal vre indgivet til Klagenvnet for Udbud inden 20 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiveren har afsendt en underretning til de berrte ansgere om, hvem der er blevet prkvalificeret, hvis underretningen har angivet en kort redegrelse for de relevante grunde for beslutningen, jf. lovens 7, stk. 1. I andre situationer skal klage over udbud vre indgivet til Klagenvnet for Udbud inden 45 kalenderdage efter at ordregiveren har offentliggjort en bekendtgrelse i Den Europiske Unions Tidende om, at ordregiveren har indgaet en kontrakt. Fristen regnes fra dagen efter den dag, hvor bekendtgrelsen er blevet offentliggjort, jf. lovens 7, stk. 2, nr. 1.
