L'Ente per la gestione accentrata dei servizi condivisi, di seguito denominato EGAS, ha indetto gara a procedura aperta, ai sensi dell'art. 60 del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016 s.i.m, per l'affidamento del servizio finalizzato alla gestione di interventi, servizi e progetti per le persone e per la comunita PC17SER009 ? per il periodo di 48 mesi, con l'osservanza presente disciplinare, nonche delle disposizioni contenute nel Bando Integrale di Gara, nello Schema di Convenzione e nel Capitolato Speciale.
L'EGAS e titolare e legittimato in relazione allo svolgimento delle fasi di gara fino all'individuazione del miglior offerente e alla stipula della Convenzione. Il singolo contratto verra concluso a tutti gli effetti tra l'Azienda interessata e la ditta aggiudicataria attraverso la sottoscrizione del Contratto derivato.
