Modalites essentielles de financement et de paiement: Financement sur ressources propres du pouvoir adjudicateur. Paiement par mandat dans un delai maximum de 45 jours. Une avance de 5 % sera versee au titulaire interesse lorsque le bon de commande est d'un montant superieur a cinquante mille (50 000) euros HT, et son delai d'execution superieur a deux (2) mois. Prix unitaires revisables. Le candidat peut se presenter seul ou en groupement d'operateurs economiques solidaire ou conjoint. Si le groupement est conjoint, le mandataire du groupement est solidaire pour l'execution de l'accord cadre, de chacun des membres du groupement pour ses obligations contractuelles a l'egard du pouvoir adjudicateur. Il est interdit au candidat d'etre mandataire de plusieurs groupements.
