Klage over ikke at vre blevet prkvalificeret skal vre indgivet 20 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter afsendelse af en underretning til de berrte ansgere om, hvem der er blevet udvalgt, nar underretningen er ledsaget af en begrundelse for beslutningen, jf. lov om Klagenvnet for Udbud 7, stk. 1.

Klage over tildeling af en kontrakt:

Klage over tildeling af en kontrakt skal vre indgivet 45 kalenderdage, efter at ordregiveren har offentliggjort en bekendtgrelse i Den Europiske Unions Tidende om, at ordregiveren har tildelt/indgaet kontrakt, jf. lov om Klagenvnet for Udbud 7, stk. 2, nr. 1.

Klage over tildeling under en rammeaftale med genabning af konkurrencen (miniudbud):

Klage over tildeling af en kontrakt under en rammeaftale med genabning af konkurrencen skal vre indgivet 30 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiveren har underrettet de berrte tilbudsgivere om, at en kontrakt baseret pa en rammeaftale med genabning af konkurrencen er tildelt/indgaet, hvis denne underretning indeholder en begrundelse for beslutningen, jf. lov om Klagenvnet for Udbud 7, stk. 2, nr. 2.

Klage over tildeling af en rammeaftale:

Klage over tildeling af en rammeaftale skal vre indgivet 6 maneder efter at ordregiveren har indgaet en rammeaftale regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiveren har underrettet de berrte ansgere og tilbudsgivere, jf. lov om Klagenvnet for Udbud 7, stk. 2, nr. 3.

Klage over direkte tildeling:

Klage over, at ordregiver i strid med udbudsloven har indgaet en kontrakt uden forudgaende offentliggrelse af en udbudsbekendtgrelse i Den Europiske Unions Tidende, skal vre indgivet til Klagenvnet for Udbud inden 30 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiver har offentliggjort en bekendtgrelse i Den Europiske Unions Tidende om, at ordregiver har indgaet en kontrakt, forudsat at bekendtgrelsen indeholder en begrundelse for ordregivers beslutning om at tildele kontrakten direkte, jf. lov om Klagenvnet for Udbud 7, stk. 3.

Klage over overtrdelser af indkb under trskelvrdien skal vre indgivet inden 45 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiver har underrettet de berrte tilbudsgivere om, hvem ordregiver har besluttet at indga kontrakt med, hvis underretningen indeholder en begrundelse; og 6 maneder efter at ordregiver har indgaet en rammeaftale regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiver har underrettet de berrte ansgere og tilbudsgivere, hvis underretningen indeholder en begrundelse for beslutningen, jf. lov om Klagenvnet for Udbud 7, stk. 4, nr. 1 og 2.
