Upphandlingen avser leveranser av livsmedel for varugrupperna:

Stora farsk fisk; galler storre bestallningar av farsk fisk, dvs. over ordergransen pa 1 000 SEK.

Farskt matbrod/kaffebrod; inkluderar farskt brod, kaffebrod, tartor, fardiga smorgasar, m.m.

Stora mejeri; inkluderar mejerivaror och matfett och galler for storre bestallningar, dvs. over ordergransen pa 1 000 SEK.

Frukt och gront; inkluderar farsk frukt och gronsaker samt komplement av ekologisk mjolk i 1 L forpackningar.

Upphandlingen omfattar stadens samtliga namnder och 2 stiftelser.

Omfattningen per varugrupp under 2016 var:

Farskt brod och konditori 4 000 000 SEK,

Stora farsk fisk 6 000 000 SEK,

Stora mejeri 14 000 000 SEK,

Frukt och gront 60 000 000 SEK,

Avtalstid ar from 1.2.2019 t.o.m. 31.1.2021, med mojlighet till forlangning 1 + 1 ar. Tilldelningsgrunden ar pris.

Upphandlingens syfte ar att teckna avtal med en leverantor pa varugrupperna Stora mejeri, Farskt matbrod/kaffebrod och Frukt och gront samt avtal med tva leverantorer pa Stora farsk fisk.

Malen med upphandlingen ar att fa:

? Livsmedel av hog kvalitet;

? Anbudssortiment som tacker verksamhetsbehoven;

? En stor andel livsmedel som ar ekologiska/miljomarkta: ekologiska mejerivaror, MSC-markt fisk, ekologiskt matbrod samt ekologiska frukt och gronsaker;

? Hallbara transporter;

? Hog leveranssakerhet;

? Hog servicegrad och goda avtalsrelationer;

? Konkurrenskraftiga priser.

Upphandlingen ar kommunovergripande och omfattar enligt nedan:

? Farskt brod och konditori, 4 000 000 SEK;

? Stora farsk fisk, 6 000 000 SEK;

? Stora mejeri, 14 000 000 SEK;
