List and brief description of selection criteria:

Os candidatos devem preencher os requisitos minimos de capacidade financeira traduzidos pela expressao matematica, que consta do Anexo IV do Codigo dos Contratos Publicos, traduzido no Anexo VI do Programa de Procedimento, sendo aplicavel para efeitos de avaliacao dos candidatos o fator f de 2 e os seguintes precos base a verificar por lote:

? Lote 1: 350 000 EUR;

? Lote 2: 350 000 EUR.

III.1.3) Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:

a) A comprovacao de prestacao de servicos referido na subalinea seguinte:

a.1. Coordenacao de seguranca e fiscalizacao de 1 empreitada enquadrada na 6. subcat. da 2. cat., mais concretamente na execucao de ETAR, ETA, Estacoes Elevatorias, Reservatorios ou redes de abastecimento de agua e/ou de coletores de aguas residuais de valor superior a 1 000 000 EUR nos ultimos 15 anos;

b) A comprovacao e afetacao a equipa da presente prestacao de servicos, por lote, de um Eng., para exercer a funcao de Coordenador da Assessoria, nos termos da Lei n. 31/2009 de 3/7, cuja qualificacao minima devera obedecer cumulativamente as seguintes exigencias:

b.1. Eng. Civil ou Tecnico Civil devidamente outorgado, com pelo menos 10 anos de experiencia, e;

b.2. ter participado, na qualidade de Coordenador de Assessoria, em pelo menos:

i. 1 empreitada de execucao de ETAR, ETA, Estacoes Elevatorias ou Reservatorios enquadradas areas de Saneamento Basico, enquadradas na 6. subcat. da 2. cat. nos termos da Lei n. 41/2015, de 13 de junho, de valor superior a 1 000 000 EUR, nos ultimos 15 anos.

ii. 2 empreitadas enquadradas na area de execucao de redes de abastecimento de agua e/ou de coletores de aguas residuais.

c) A comprovacao e afetacao a equipa da presente prestacao de servicos, por lote, de um Eng. Civil ou Tecnico Civil, para exercer a funcao de Eng. Fiscal de obra, nos termos da Lei n. 31/2009 de 3/7, cuja qualificacao minima devera obedecer cumulativamente as seguintes exigencias, que sera verificada atraves da analise dos elementos a apresentar de acordo com as alineas d) e e) do Artigo 17. do PP:

c.1. Possuir pelo menos 10 anos de experiencia, e;

c.2. ter participado na qualidade de Eng. Fiscal, em pelo menos 1 empreitada que possua lancamento de redes de abastecimento de agua e/ou de coletores de aguas residuais, no valor de 1 000 000 EUR, nos ultimos 10 anos;

d) A comprovacao e afetacao a equipa da presente prestacao de servicos, por lote, de 2 tecnicos de fiscalizacao, para exercerem a funcao de tecnicos fiscais de obra, nos termos da Lei n. 31/2009 de 3 de Julho, cuja qualificacao minima devera obedecer cumulativamente as seguintes exigencias:

d.1. Possuir pelo menos 10 anos de experiencia, e;

d.2. terem participado, na qualidade de Tecnicos Fiscais, em pelo menos 1 empreitada que possua lancamento de redes de abastecimento de agua e/ou de coletores de aguas residuais, no valor de 1 000 000 EUR, nos ultimos 10 anos;

e) A comprovacao e afetacao a equipa da presente prestacao de servicos, por lote, de um Coordenador de Seguranca, cuja qualificacao minima devera obedecer cumulativamente as seguintes exigencias, que serao verificadas atraves da analise dos elementos a apresentar de acordo com as alineas d) e e) do Artigo 17. do PP;

e.1. Tecnico de Seguranca do Trabalho, de acordo com o indicado na Lei n. 42/2012, de 28 de agosto;

e.2. Pelo menos 2 anos de experiencia profissional.

f) Deter, no minimo, uma das duas certificacoes seguintes:

f.1. ISO 9001 ? Sistema de Gestao da Qualidade;

f.2. ISO 14001 ? Sistema de Gestao Ambiental;

2. Caso os candidatos nao possuam os certificados minimos solicitados na alinea f) do numero anterior, nos termos do n. 3 do artigo 164. do CCP, admite-se outras provas de medidas de garantia de qualidade ou de medidas de gestao ambiental equivalentes apresentadas por interessados que nao tenham acesso aos referidos certificados ou que demonstrem que os nao possam obter dentro do prazo de apresentacao das candidaturas.
