Det hermed udbudte hovedentreprisekontrakt vedrrer modernisering ? herunder miljsanering ? af bygning 358 for etablering af tidsvarende kontorer, undervisnings- og lringsrum samt studiemilj for DTU Management Engineering. Moderniseringen vil ske inden for rammerne af bygningens overordnede disponering og overordnede bygningsstruktur. Bygningen er opfrt i 1967

Bygningens nuvrende stand er meget forskelligartet. Cirka halvdelen af bygningen, som hidtil har huset Maskinmesterskolen, er nedslidt tillige med udleverings- og opholdsarealer i tilknytning til kantinen, toiletkernerne, omkldningsfaciliteter og belysningsniveauet. vrige arealer er i rimelig stand.

Det prciseres, at nrvrende udbudsproces gennemfres som et begrnset udbud og at interesserede i frste omgang skal indgive en anmodning om at blive prkvalificeret til deltagelse i den efterflgende tilbudsfase ved udfyldelse af eESPD (se yderligere nedenfor).

For alle interesserede afholdes der et orienteringsmde om nrvrende udbud [dag] den [dato] 2017 kl. 10:00 pa Lyngby Campus. Det prcise mdested vil blive oplyst via ibinder. Det henstilles, at interesserede giver meddelelse om deres deltagelse, herunder antal deltagere, til kontaktperson angivet i pkt. I.1) i nrvrende udbudsbekendtgrelse senest den [dato] 2017.

Gennemfrelse af prkvalifikationsfasen foregar digitalt via udbudsportalen iBinder.com. Al materiale vedrrende nrvrende udbud er frit tilgngeligt for alle interesserede pa udbudsportalen iBinder via flgende link https://www.ibinder.com/External/EnquiryLink.aspx?id=xckjzdmqmo Adgang til udbudsportalen iBinder er gratis. Meddelelse til ansgere om, hvem der prkvalificeres, vil ske ved udsendelse af mail til den af ansger ieESPD oplyste kontaktpersons e-mailadresse (eESPD del II, B).

Nar prkvalifikationsfasen er afsluttet, vil der blive etableret en udbudsmappe pa udbudsportalen iBinder, hvor udbudsmaterialet ligeledes vil vre tilgngeligt, og hvor prkvalificerede ansgere vil fa adgang til at afgive deres tilbud.

Klager over ikke at vre blevet prkvalificeret skal vre modtaget i Klagenvnet inden 20 kalenderdage fra dagen, hvor ordregiveren har fremsendt underretning om, hvem der blev prkvalificeret. Andre klager skal vre modtaget i Klagenvnet inden 45 dage efter offentliggrelsen af ordregiverens bekendtgrelse i Den Europiske Unions Tidende om, at ordregiveren har indgaet kontrakt. Samtidig med klagerens fremsendelse til Klagenvnet skal klageren underrette ordregiveren om, at der er indgivet klage til Klagenvnet.
