Les livraisons sont prouvees par des attestations du destinataire ou, a defaut, par une declaration de l'operateur economique.

Caracteristiques des prix: prix global forfaitaire. Modalites de variation des prix: revision Periodique. Annuelle. Une avance de 5 % sera accordee dans les conditions prevues au contrat. Modalite de reglement des comptes: selon les modalites du CCAG-FCS. Le delai global de paiement est de 50 jours. Modalites de financements: financement sur fonds propres (budget hospitalier) selon les regles de la comptabilite publique aucune forme de groupement imposee a l'attributaire. Dematerialisation des procedures: les formats electroniques dans lesquels les documents peuvent etre transmis sont les suivants: fichiers format PDF, ou Microsoft Office 2007 et versions superieure. Chaque piece pour laquelle une signature est exigee doit faire l'objet d'une signature electronique individuelle et conforme au format Xades, Cades ou Pades. La seule signature electronique du pli n'emporte pas valeur d'engagement du candidat. Le niveau de securite requis pour le certificat de signature electronique est le Niveau (**) du RGS.
