Uchadza? musi sp??a? podmienky u?asti tykajuce sa osobneho postavenia uvedene v 32 ods. 1 zakona. Doklady a dokumenty, prostrednictvom ktorych uchadza? preukazuje splnenie podmienok u?asti tykajuce sa osobneho postavenia pod?a 32 zakona:

1.1 Uchadza? preuka?e splnenie podmienok u?asti tykajuce sa osobneho postavenia pod?a 32 ods. 1 zakona, sposobom pod?a 32 ods. 2 zakona alebo pod?a 152 zakona.

1.2 V pripade uchadza?a, ktoreho tvori skupina dodavate?ov zu?astnena vo verejnom obstaravani, sa po?aduje preukazanie splnenia podmienok u?asti tykajucich sa osobneho postavenia za ka?deho ?lena skupiny osobitne. Splnenie podmienky u?asti pod?a 32 ods. 1 pism. e) zakona preukazuje ?len skupiny len vo vz?ahu k tej ?asti predmetu zakazky, ktoru ma zabezpe?i?.

1.3 Doklady a dokumenty, ktorymi uchadza? preukazuje osobne postavenie musia by? v ponuke predlo?ene ako originaly alebo ich uradne osved?ene kopie.

V ramci tejto verejnej su?a?e sa uplat?uju ustanovenia 66 ods. 7 zakona, teda verejny obstaravate? uskuto?ni vyhodnotenie splnenia podmienok u?asti pod?a 40 zakona po vyhodnoteni ponuk pod?a 53 zakona. Uchadza? nerozde?uje dokumenty do samostatnej ?asti ponuky ozna?enej ako Ostatne a samostatnej ?asti ponuky ozna?enej ako Kriteria, ale predklada v?etky dokumenty spolo?ne v jednom obale.

2. Verejne obstaravanie sa realizuje prostrednictvom portalu www.evo.gov.sk (?alej len portal EVO) v rozsahu a pod?a podmienok uvedenych v su?a?nych podkladoch.
