List and brief description of conditions:

Gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovaraju?i registar u dr?avi njegova poslovnog nastana.

Za potrebe utvrdivanja gore navedenog, gospodarski subjekt u ponudi dostavlja:

? ispunjeni ESPD obrazac (Dio IV. Kriteriji za odabir gospodarskog subjekta, odjeljak A: sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti, 1) za ponuditelja i ?lana zajednice gospodarskih subjekata).

U svrhu dokazivanja sposobnosti za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti, ponuditelj koji je dostavio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu biti ?e obvezan prije dono?enja odluke o odabiru ponuditelja, a u roku ne kra?em od 5 dana, dostaviti izvadak iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovaraju?eg registra koji se vodi u dr?avi ?lanici njegova poslovnog nastana.

Gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati odredeno ovla?tenje ili ?lanstvo u odredenoj organizaciji kako bi se mogla izvr?iti predmetna usluga.

Za potrebe utvrdivanja gore navedenog, gospodarski subjekt u ponudi dostavlja:
