Het doel van de aanbesteding is om een (1) overeenkomst met een (1) opdrachtnemer af te sluiten voor het leveren van sanitaire voorzieningen en bijbehorende sanitaire verbruiksartikelen op basis van een leaseconstructie (inclusief aanverwante dienstverlening), dat voldoet aan alle specificaties, eisen en toezeggingen, ten behoeve van de gemeente Hilversum.

Een overeenkomst voor de initiele duur van vier (4) jaar. Met daarbij een mogelijke verlenging van maximaal drie (3) maal maximaal twaalf (12) maanden. De geplande ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 26.2.2018.

De volgende sanitaire voorzieningen dienen door de opdrachtnemer te worden geleverd, geinstalleerd en onderhouden te worden in de sanitaire ruimten, de pantry's en in de grootkeukens van de aanbestedende dienst:

? antibacterieel dispensers;

? dameshygieneboxen (Non Touch);

? handdoekdispensers papier (losse vellen);

? handdoekrolautomaten katoen (enkel);

? handdoekrolautomaten katoen (enkel en non touch);

? luchtverfrissers;

? geurneutralisators;

? toiletborstelgarnituur;

? toiletbrilreinigers;

? toiletrolautomaten;

? zeepdispensers (foam/schuim).

Verder wenst de aanbestedende dienst samen te werken met een opdrachtnemer die ervoor zorgdraagt dat de levering en de aanverwante dienstverlening volgens de onderstaande doelstellingen plaatsvindt:

? kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten en zeer goede aanverwante dienstverlening;

? uniformiteit in uitstraling sanitaire voorzieningen;

? passend bij de verschillende locaties van de gemeente Hilversum;

? respect voor mens en milieu.

De omvang van de opdracht wordt geschat op: 45 000 EUR per jaar (exclusief btw).
