Description

The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential contractors that are able to provide all services listed below. The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to the questions below to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required services. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.



The Government anticipates the need for Washer and Dryer Maintenance, Repair and Leasing and Clothes Dryer Exhaust Duct Cleaning service at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, Lackland Training Annex and Kelly Field Annex. The contractor shall be properly insured and compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. Contractor shall be responsible for the delivery, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair, removal and relocation of contractor furnished washers and dryers; as well as monitor, schedule and clean clothes dryer exhaust ducts. Facility numbers, duct sizes, estimated quantities and recommended cleaning schedules for dryer ducts are provided in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

This SS is strictly voluntary and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. Please limit any provided capabilities statement regarding this SS to three (3) pages.
