Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.



The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) personnel are developing and testing a web-based application for assessing vulnerability of threatened/endangered species to climate change. Services are required of a company with expertise in endangered species management and species vulnerability assessments, to review and analyze the outputs of the government’s beta version of the application and provide evaluations on the robustness and accuracy of the data as well as recommendations for maximum system efficiencies. Please review the attached Request for Quotes for full details on the requirement, for applicable clauses and provisions, and for evaluation criteria for offers received. Please pay particular attention to the text of Sections L & M (pages 39 - 41) which details what information offers must include for full consideration, and the manner in which offers will be evaluated.
