This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.
The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 914 Repair Vault.

2. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:


a.Demolition
1.Contractor shall abate area (approximately 475 square feet) as indicated on drawings.
2.Contractor shall remove existing plumbing fixtures and partitions as indicated on drawings.
3.Contractor shall remove existing alarm system from door as indicated on drawings.
4.Contractor shall remove all existing electrical recessed in wall as indicated on drawings.
5.Contractor shall demo portion of existing wall to fit new door as indicated on drawings.
6.Contractor shall remove existing light switch as indicated on drawings.
7.Contractor shall remove all non-essential conduit and plumbing lines as indicated on drawings.
8.Contractor shall remove existing advantor panel and key pads as indicated on drawings.
9.Contractor shall remove existing badge system as indicated on drawings.
10.Contractor shall remove existing heat detectors as indicated on drawings.
11. Contractor shall remove existing wires in conduit as indicated on drawings.
12.Contractor shall remove existing alarm as indicated on drawings.
13.Contractor shall remove existing access control system as indicated on drawings.
14.Contractor shall remove existing motion detectors as indicated on drawings.
15.Contactor shall remove existing motion detectors and wiring as indicated on drawings.
16.Contractor shall remove existing speaker and system as indicated on drawings.
17.Contractor shall remove existing drain cap as indicated on drawings.



b.Construction
1.Contractor shall run fiber in conduit from as indicated on drawings.
2.Contractor shall patch and paint all walls and ceiling in restroom as indicated on drawings.
3.Contractor shall install government provided toilet paper dispenser as indicated on drawings.
4.Contractor shall provide and install new grab bar as indicated on drawings.
5.Contractor shall provide and install new water closet as indicated on drawings.
6.Contractor shall infill existing opening where door was removed as indicated on drawings.
7.Contractor shall install government provided paper towel dispenser as indicated on drawings.
8.Contractor shall provide and install new mirror as indicated on drawings.
9.Contractor shall install government provided soap dispenser as indicated on drawings.
10.Contractor shall provide and install new wall mounted sink as indicated on drawings.
11.Contractor shall provide and install new GFCI duplex receptacle as indicated on drawings.
12.Contractor shall provide and install new door, frame and hardware as indicated on drawings.
13.Contractor shall patch/fill and paint all existing holes in perimeter walls as indicated on drawings.
14.Contractor shall provide and install new epoxy flooring as indicated on drawings.
15.Contractor shall provide and install government advantor panel as indicated on drawings.
16.Contractor shall provide and install new weather seral threshold as indicated on drawings.
17.Contractor shall provide and install rough-ins for scramble pad as indicated on drawings.
18.Contractor shall connect existing exhaust fan to operate with light switch as indicated on drawings.
19.Contractor shall provide and install new rough-ins for camera as indicated on drawings.
20.Contractor shall provide and install new surface mounted light fixture as indicated on drawings.
21.Contractor shall provide and install new motion detectors as indicated on drawings.
22.Contractor shall provide and install new BMS as indicated on drawings.
