LOCATION: FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center, (next to Atlantic City International Airport), Atlantic City, New Jersey.
WHEN: Wednesday, November 8, 2017, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
PURPOSE: The purpose of this industry day is to provide outreach, procurement opportunities training and acquisition guidance to small businesses with special emphasis on small, disadvantaged, women-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses.
VENDOR DAY AGENDA: The speaking Agenda in the Auditorium will feature information about technical NAS engineering programs, contracting opportunities and the Agencyas IT acquisition strategy. See attached document, Vendor Day Agenda, for more information.
Also, FAA programs and managers will have tables in the Atrium area of the Technical Center to provide an informal atmosphere in which industry may interact with FAA program officials and procurement decision makers. Please see page two of the attached Vendor Day Agenda, for a listing of these tables and representatives.
WHO MAY ATTEND:
Small businesses that are registered in System for Award Management and verified as a small business with one or more of the following NAICS codes listed below:
236220 a Commercial and Institutional Building Construction
541330 - Engineering Services
541511 a Custom Computer Programming Services
541512 a Computer Systems Design Services
541513 a Computer Facilities Management Services
541519 - Other Computer Related Services
Attendance is limited to 300 participants who register for this event. Each company may bring up to two individuals to attend this event. This event is first-come-first-serve and registration will be closed once the maximum capacity of registrants is reached. There is no cost to attend this event. PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS MANDATORY. All vendors must have current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) - (under one or more of the NAICS codes listed above to be eligible to register and attend the event).
Even if a vendor already has an FAA-Approved Technical Center access badge, he must still register for this event, per the instructions below. If a vendor already has an FAA-Approved Technical Center access badge he must still enter the premises on the day of the event at Gate #18, along with all other attendees. At Gate#18 all attendees will be receiving a specific event-day security badge which will assist in identifying attendees during the event. ALL attendees must also use the shuttle to arrive at the event and must register at the registration table in the Atrium. This security process must be followed for all attendees and will not be waived.
Foreign National Visitors will be required to provide additional information immediately without delay in order to attend by notifying the Small Business Development Program Group Liaison, Deborah Hemphill.

VENDOR DISPLAY TABLES:
As space is limited, the first 40 vendors who indicate interest in displaying at a table will be offered an opportunity to display their company information at a table. Each display table will be provided with two chairs. It is expected that each display table will have one individual at the table at all times. In order to display at a table each company must bring two representatives so one person must remain at the vendoras table while the other person attends the presentations in the Auditorium.
On the day of the event, vendor display tables will not be assigned and will be first-come-first-serve. Once a vendor has arrived he will be permitted to set-up at any display table that is available at that time.
Vendors exhibiting at a display table will be limited to that which one can carry for this event. Large pop-up display banners that cannot be carried are not permitted to be brought to the event. All attendees will be checked in at security and will board a bus for drop off at the main building (building 300) of the Technical Center.
