This requirement is for non-personal information technology (IT) services and support for elements assigned to, reporting to, or serviced by the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). The contractor will be required to perform IT direct support for the Navy Medicine Data Quality Management Control Program (DQMCP) and Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS) Program Managers, Health Care Information Management (HIM) Department, and other customers within the BUMED, Navy Education and Logistics Command, Regional Commands and their Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) subordinate commands. The contractor will be required to support ongoing DQMCP requirements and to also support the transitioning of all Navy Medicine Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) from the current electronic medical records system, Composite Health Care System (CHCS), to the new system, Military Health System Genesis (MHS Genesis). This will require the contractor to ensure that all tables and file structures within the CHCS are cleaned and aligned in order to be able to map seamlessly to MHS Genesis. The contractor will be required to perform IT support throughout all Navy MTFs worldwide.
