Description

The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a need for outpatient primary care services and the continuity of care in the form of a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) to be provided to Veterans in rural, medically under-served areas residing in and around Harrison, Arkansas, to include primarily Boone, Marion, Newton and Carroll counties in Arkansas and Taney County in Missouri. The contractor shall provide, at the contractor's facility, Primary Care CBOC services that offers both medical and mental health care (physically on site and by telehealth) and may offer support services such as pharmacy, laboratory, and x-ray. Primary Care CBOCs are required to provide both primary care and limited mental health services support. Mental Health services will be provided by the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks. The contractor will be required to provide mental health registered nurse support staff and space for the VA Mental Health providers.
