This is a synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial and non-commercial supplies as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) seeks to competitively award a Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15. This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.

The NSWCPD has a requirement to establish an IDIQ contract for Radar Tank Level
Indicators (TLIs) and Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) TLIs which shall be used onboard U.S. Naval Ships, Military Sealift Command, Army, and foreign Navy ships to measure tank volumes for DFM (F-76), JP-5, Potable and Feed Water, Ballast, CHT, Lube Oil, Hydraulic Oil and Waste tanks.

Additional specifications for the supply items will be listed with the posting of the solicitation.

The intent is to establish a five (5) year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with one (1) awardee. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334513 with a size standard of 750 employees.

This announcement does not constitute a solicitation. Specific details will be provided in the solicitation Request For Quote (RFQ), which will be posted on the World Wide Web at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ (click on Business Opportunities) and http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ (click on Vendors), at least 15 days after posting of this notice.
