Project is to Demolish and Deconstruct the Cable Cart System located on the Green River in Auburn WA.

SITE VISIT - A pre-quote site visit is scheduled for 22 August 2017. The site visit will take place at the job location and all members will first meet at the Right Bank A Frame that is located off of 104th PL SE Auburn WA. Refer to Image 1 at the end of the document for site location. All vendors must contact the PM 24 hours prior to the site visit to register attendance.

It is the intent of the Government that all prospective quoters visit the jobsite for the purpose of acquainting themselves with local conditions. Non-technical questions may be addressed, however, all technical questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist via e-mail galen.t.freed@usace.army.mil). Answers to questions will be posted via amendment.

September 2017 at 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the location specified in the Statement of Work included in this amendment.

Question: Does the government have right of way access by road to the jobsite?


Answer: We do have easement rights to the property. The easement includes ingress and egress.
