This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The solicitation number is 36C25623Q0640 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The proposed contract action will provide all parts, travel, labor and materials necessary to provide maintenance, repair services, and preventative maintenance and service calls described herein on the generators, generator and switchgear controls, subsequent parts and systems, etc. located at 2400 Canal St., New Orleans, LA and the clinics and portable generators, for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. The contractor will maintain in good operating condition the listed equipment in the Contract for a base period only. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS.

The NAICS code is 811310 [Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance] and the size standard is $11 Million.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04 (01/30/2022). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted.

RESPONSES ARE DUE, April 7, 2023, by 13:00 p.m. Central Time (CT). Quotes are due electronically to David.Bourgeois1@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO. Only electronic quotes will be considered.

**NOTE** The first purpose of this amendment is to add site visit details for a second site visit.

A Site visit is scheduled for May 28, 2023, at 0800 AM Central Time. Instructions for that site visit are attached.
