This Sources Sought is to search for qualified vendors on FedBizOpps that are capable of providing all personnel, management support, and non-personal services necessary to support the 1st Operations Command as outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This is a request for information only. This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict INSCOM to an alternate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary. Vendors responding to this notice are requested to provide INSCOM with a statement of capability or non-capability. Responses to the Sources Sought shall be limited to five-pages or less (three pages for the capability statement, and two pages for past performance information). Responses should clearly and specifically outline the company's existing experience in relation to the tasks specified in the Draft PWS, as well as past performance on similar efforts. Only Electronic submissions are accepted, and they shall be sent to the attention of CPT Raven Cornelius and Anthony Genao. If at least two qualified social economic small business concerns are determined by the Government to be capable of performing this requirement based on the evaluation of the capability packages, the requirement will be solicited as a 100% set-aside for the qualified small business concerns. Electronic submissions must be received no later than 08:00 AM ET, Tuesday, 10 October 2017. Dependent upon the results of this market survey, INSCOM may subsequently pursue the proposed contract action.
The Government will review questions submitted and may provide a Government response to all offerors or incorporate the Government's response into a final solicitation.
