The work consist of providing all labor, equipment, material, transportation and supervision required for preventative and corrective maintenance to all POOLPAK equipment at the gym and Goff Hall located at USCG Training Center 1 Munro Ave Cape May, NJ 08204. This shall include scheduled four (4) quarterly inspections per year and any service repairs. Each Poolpak unit shall be inspected and preventative maintenance performed in accordance with manufacturer's specifications to keep equipment at optimum peak efficiency. The Government will notify the contractor of Poolpak failures in need of repair prior to the quarterly inspections.
The contractor shall provide Base Year and Four (4 Option Years) quotes as per Enclosure (1). The Contractor shall provide emergency service quotes based on hourly labor rate and service call fee. Materials and parts required to complete repairs for emergency requests by the Government shall be quoted at the best possible price to the Government and will be paid outside this contract. Pre-approval by the Contracting Officer (verbal or written) is required prior to commencement of emergency repairs.
***Note: All contractor personnel performing Poolpak maintenance and repair shall be certified by the manufacturer. The contractor shall provide copies of all personnel certifications to the Contracting Officer prior to contract award.

2. COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK: Upon acceptance, the contractor shall commence Base Year service for the period: 1 October 2017 thru 30 September 2018. The contractor shall schedule all preventive maintenance visits with the POC a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Emergency service shall be provided within 24 hours, when requested.
3. Scope of Work:
The contractor shall perform preventative and corrective maintenance to the following components of the Poolpak systems in accordance with the manufactures specifications:
a. Compressors.
b. Heat and Cool Coils.
c. Refrigerant lines and TXV valves.
d. Blowers, blower motors, belts, shivs.
e. All intake, exhaust and make-up dampers.
f. Controls.
g. Refrigerant leaks and restoration of refrigerant.


The contractor shall provide emergency services work based on hourly rate with service call fee. The contractor shall provide a budgetary estimate of material and labor prior to authorization of any repairs outside the normal preventative maintenance scope. All repairs will be authorized by the Contracting Officer prior to execution of repairs.

The contractor shall respond onsite for emergency service requests by the government within 24 hours
