Pre-Solicitation Notice DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY is seeking a small business that is accredited in The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Chapter 797. It is an enforceable standard that requires environmental microbiological surface sampling for viable particles and personnel sampling to ensure aseptic gloving and technique. This is a full service (Base + 4 Option Years). Location: James J. Peters, VA Medical Center, 130 W. Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY 10468. The period of performance is anticipated to be November 15, 2022 through October 31, 2023 with four (4) subsequent option years. The Contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment necessary to accomplish all the terms and conditions of the resulting contract from Statement of Work requirements to be detailed in the RFQ to follow.
