General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease, under Project 1TX2826, for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Dallas, TX at Dallas Love Field.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 8,898 ANSI/BOMA office area and 15 adjacent surface parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
