Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: Missouri



City: Kansas City





Delineated Area:



Subject property must be located within the following DA, AND MUST be located on airport property:



North: I-29



East: I-29



South: MO Highway-152

West: NW Hampton Road from MO-152 to KCI Service Road to NW Prairie View Rd to Mexico City Avenue to I-29.





Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 22,700



Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 26,105



Space Type: Approximately 22,000 SF of airport ramp space, plus approximately 1,500-1,800 SF of space to site a work trailer to accommodate 9 staff.

Additional Requirements:




  • On airport ramp space, approximately 21,000 SF of on airport ramp space adequately sized for a 737-800 jet, plus additional ramp space to accommodate approximately 1,000 SF of equipment storage, and an office trailer of sufficient size to house 9 staff as detailed below, plus parking;

  • Utilities to support the trailer (power, plumbing, etc.);

  • Work trailer configuration includes the following: (1) Open office for 9 employee workstations (6’x8’ plus circulation); (2) Open or closed office to store gun safes (min 100 SF); (3) one large room for aircraft parts storage (suitable for affixing racks, min 500 SF); (4) Break room area adjacent to open office with space to install lower counter/cabinet (4-6 linear feet), sink and space for a standard refrigerator (approx. 30-50SF); (5) Open office space for briefing (approx. 500 SF), and (6) one ABAAS unisex restroom. Final interior trailer design to be determined.

  • Access to a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract fuel provider, if available. Alternatively, access to a contract fuel provider that provides volume-based or other discounted pricing, if available.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
