The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the production data/repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the production/repair of AN/GRN-30 NSNs: 5998-01-534-4227, 5998-01-534-3613, 5998-01-534-4240, 5998-01-534-4239, 5998-01-534-3614, and 5998-01-534-4238

The Government may not have all the technical data for these items, and interested vendors should not expect the Government to be able to provide all necessary repair data.

  1. What quality assurance processes and test qualification practices does your company employ? Please provide a description of your quality program (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.)

  1. Describe your company's capabilities and experience in generating technical data, engineering drawings and manuals. Identify what software programs are utilized to generate these data products and what formats are available for delivered items.

  1. Describe your company's capability to obtain or manufacture molds/tooling. Also, provide information on your type of molding process.

  1. What is your company's current maximum production capacity per month? Provide information on any facility reserves you may possess to increase production capacity in the event of an immediate need do to critical operational mission requirements.

  1. Are there specific requirements in the documentation that we provide that would currently preclude your product from being a viable solution to our requirement?

  1. Include a detailed listing of facilities and equipment, including quantities, required to satisfy the requirements of this effort.

    1. Provide an outline of the proposed process, including inspections.

Description: CAV AF CFM

The purpose of this statement of work (SOW) is to provide Contract Depot Maintenance (CDM) guidance for contractor technical responsibilities and reporting requirements of the Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV AF) system. CAV AF shall be the primary system of record for providing daily status of all Government owned assets located at contractors facilities. Reporting within CAV AF shall not be limited to end items subject to repair but are to include assets stored as an inventory control point (ICP). Equipment identified as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) may be reported within CAVAF. Enhancements to the CAV AF system will be identified on the CAV AF home web page. Contractors are responsible for ensuring current User Guides are utilized by their respective facility.
