This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912L9-17-T-4002, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This is a NAICS code is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation:

The Indiana Air National Guard at Fort Wayne has a requirement for the following:
Please see the attached SF1449 and Statement of Work (SOW) for full details and specifications including item number, item description, quantities, unit of measure, and date and place of FOB delivery and installation. A map depicting exact building location/placement of goods can be provided upon request.

Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract, single award, based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.

To be considered for award, offerors must be verifiably registered as active' in System for Award Management (SAM) database by the date of submission for this solicitation. SAM can be accessed at the website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM

An optional (but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) SITE VISIT will be conducted on Wednesday, 30 August, 2017 at 10 am. Parties interested must provide contact information of attendees to SMSgt Annette Graham (email below) no later than close of business 25 August 2017 so that access can be coordinated with security prior to visit. Those not attending the site visit but submitting an offer willbe ranked lower than those who have attended a site visit. For further details see FAR clause 52.212-2 in the solicitation.

All questions regarding this proposal must be in writing and should be emailed to both travis.a.kraick.mil@mail.mil and annette.l.graham.mil@mail.mil by 5 September 2017. PHONE CALLS ARE DISCOURAGED. Answers will be posted on FBO.

It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this FBO site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents.

DUE DATE: Offers shall be submitted on the SF form 1449 and the offer response sheet and received no later than the date and time specified in the posting to MSgt Travis Kraick and SMSgt Annette Graham via email. (Recommend review of FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 in the SF1449 prior to submission.)

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
