Added: Sep 28, 2017 9:54 amDefense Logistics Agency (DLA) Philadelphia is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of identifying eligible parties having an interest in and the resources to support and furnish effort including labor and material as may be required to manufacture the items specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for a five (5) year (5 base years and no option periods) firm fixed priced (FFP) requirements Long Term Contract (LTC) for the procurement of a total of 100 (20 each per contract year): NSN 1560-015415158, P/N 74A301001-1003, EG Active Electronic Scanned Array (AESA) R adome in support of the F18 E/F Fighter Aircraft. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336413.
All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. DLA will not delay award while Source Approval is pending.
Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed requirement are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 2 PM EDT on 12 OCT 2017.
