This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," FAR 13.5, "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items," and FAR 15 "Contracting by Negotiation" as supplemented with addition information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation with responses being requested. Please see uploaded document for further information.

This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ). This RFQ provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 dated January 13, 2107.


This requirement is for Furniture Workplace Consolidation to provide cubicle furniture and demolition and installation services to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region IX in Oakland, CA.


All interested companies shall provide responses for the required services as described in Attachment 1 (Statement of Objectives) and Attachment 2 (Pricing Worksheet). Period of performance will be for one calendar year from date of award.


Site Visit: Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 11:00 AM Pacific; All interested parties shall submit their name and company information to andrea.brunsman@fema.dhs.gov no later than August 23, 2017 at 3:00 PM Pacific.
*Please note: The Government will not pay any Contractor expenses to attend the site visit.
