The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the 8(a) set aside and provide the opportunity for all 8(a) businesses to compete.

1. The solicitation is set aside for all 8(a) businesses in the SBA 8(a) program.

2. A second site visit is open for contractrors w ho did not attend the 16 November pre-bid conference. The next site visit is 30 November 2022, 10:00 EST at the Contractors’ East Gate, 3367 West Dickman Rd., Battle Creek, MI 49037.

3. The solicitation response date is extended to 15 December 2022, 11:00 am EST.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. A Bid Bond must be submitted with the offer or the offer will be rejected. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.
