"The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Air Force via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/
Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2017. The ORANG has historically had a low Department of Defense (DoD) market share across the state in key target areas. This campaign will allow us to target all of the markets we struggle in as well as keep our presence in the markets in which we need to maintain our presence. By advertising on the cinema screens we would like to generate around 1,000,000 estimated impressions over a twenty-six (26) week period for sixteen (16) cinema theaters and a minimum of fifty-seven (57) screens, making this a target mode of advertising for our timeline and demographic. This effort will lead to more raw enlistments and increase our DoD market share.
The Oregon Air National Guard (ORANG) Recruiting and Retention Office is engaging in an effort to increase brand awareness and expose the ORANG to Oregonians in areas of Oregon by advertising on theater screens.
1.4 Period of Performance (PoP)
The Period of Performance shall be five (5) months / (20) weeks of service.
06 October 2017 - Feb ?? 2018 (end of desired performance is at end of the 20th week).
