The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) is seeking to establish a contract for Veterinary Services to support the National Detector Dog Training Center (NDDTC) in Newnan GA.
