This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Central Arkansas Water (CAW) for a qualified and interested banking institution who has a major presence in the Little Rock / North Little Rock metropolitan area to submit proposals for providing full banking services for the next five years, subject to termination provisions. Each proposal submitted shall be expected to respond to each consideration set forth in this RFP.
The RFP is organized into several separate sections. This first section gives a general overview of the selection process, terms and conditions, and basic requirements. The second section is comprised of the requested banking services and required information for each service. All candidates must provide the Required Information as well as the information requested by each RFP section.
Responders may submit written questions requesting clarification of information contained in this solicitation. Written questions should be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Central Time on April 5, 2023 Submit written questions by email to the CAW buyer as shown on page one (1) of this solicitation.
