The City of Laguna Niguel (City) invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide publication and distribution of the Laguna Niguel Neighborhood Newsletter for the Police Services Department. The budget for this effort is $105,000, for a three year term effective November 7, 2017 through June 30, 2020, with two additional one-year option terms.
Proposals must be received in the Citys office at or before 2:00 p.m. on October 16, 2017.

All questions or clarifications must be submitted in writing and must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 9, 2017. The City will respond to all written questions by issuing a written addendum no later than October 11, 2017.
Proposals and amendments to proposals received after the date and time specified above will be returned to the Proposers unopened.
Proposers are able to subcontract with small businesses to the maximum extent possible.

The award of this contract is subject to receipt of federal, state, and/or local funds adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed agreement including the identified Scope of Work.
