This is a two (2) year Agreement
Contractor shall provide equipment rental for various types of Bare Equipment to Caltrans District 12 on an on-call as-needed basis.
Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment 8 for a more complete description of services.
Equipment Rental to be furnished on a Bare Non-Operated rental basis.
Contractor shall secure and maintain all necessary licenses, permits and insurance during the length of this Agreement.
A current and valid California Motor Carrier Permit is required for submission of this solicitation and for the duration of this Agreement.
Contract Value is approximately: $500,000.00
