Description:
The California State Department of Conservation (Department) requires maintenance services for the St. James oil & gas facility, including the existing wellhead components, tanks, and associated facility equipment at the site, removing water, cleaning, and maintaining (gates, gauges, lights, valves) at the St. James (AllenCo) site, which is located at 814 W. 23rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90007. You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB), entitled 2022-030 St. James (AllenCo) Facility Maintenance. In submitting your bid, you must comply with these instructions listed herein. The Department must receive bids by June 22, 2023 at 2 PM.
