Description:
District is seeking a highly qualified horse show producer who has the capability to
professionally organize, manage, and execute the Del Mar National Horse Show (¿Show¿) on behalf of
District at a level that meets or exceeds the standards of quality reflective of Show¿s rich heritage.
The principal objectives for the production of the Del Mar National Horse Show include:
¿ Mission congruent with District¿s mission of offering agricultural, educational, recreational and
entertainment opportunities to San Diego County residents;
¿ Presentation of a multi-discipline event;
¿ Positive representation of Show brand;
¿ Embracing innovation while honoring heritage and traditions;
¿ Maintaining United States Equestrian Federation (¿USEF¿) sanctioning
