NOTICE TO PROPOSERS


The City of Destin is soliciting proposals from individual(s) and/or firm(s) for Special Magistrate Services for the City of Destins Community Development Departments Code Enforcement Division; the selected individual or firm will enter into a contract to work with the Mayor, City Council, and Staff.


Request for Proposal may be obtained from the City Clerks Office at Destin City Hall, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Proposals must be received by the City of Destin in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked, RFP #18-05-CM, Special Magistrate Services no later than 2:00 p.m. C.S.T. October 19, 2017 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. EOE


The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive minor defects in the process and to accept the proposal deemed by the City to be in the City's best interest.
