AIRPORT COMMERCE PARK
ASBESTOS SURVEY AND POINT TEST SERVICES
PENSACOLA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
The City of Pensacola (hereinafter referred to as City) will receive SEALED BIDS at the Purchasing Office, 222 West Main Street, City Hall Sixth Floor, Pensacola, Florida 32502, no later than 2:30 P.M., local time, on October 26, 2017. Submittals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Multiple proposals from the same entity will not be accepted. Immediately following said date and time, all submittals will be publicly opened. Interested parties are invited and encouraged to attend.
Subcontracting is not allowed without prior written approval by the Airport.
Submittals must be clearly labeled Bid for Airport Commerce Park Asbestos Survey and Point Test Services for Pensacola International Airport. All bids shall be sealed and marked in the manner prescribed, and shall include one signed original and one (1) additional complete copy plus one (1) complete electronic copy on flash drive or CD.

The City of Pensacola reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, to award to multiple firms, to waive any submittal informalities and to re-advertise for bids when deemed in the best interest of the City.
