The DeKalb County School District (DCSD), Department of Exceptional Education, is seeking proposals from highly qualified and capable behavior intervention providers to provide BCBAs for behavioral consultative and direct services to students with disabilities that are enrolled in DCSD. DCSD employs full-time special education liaisons who provide itinerant services for students with disabilities that demonstrate significant behavioral concerns. It is the intent of this solicitation to identify offerors to provide supplemental behavioral consultative and direct services for students who require them. Consultative services include, but are not limited to, in-school consultations, program development, trainings, various types of behavioral analysis and interpretation, testifying in court or administrative hearings, attending IEP meetings, and all other consultation. Direct services include, but are not limited to, direct student services, student skill assessments, behavioral assessments, behavioral interventions, and behavioral evaluations and all other direct services. Behavior service providers must be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions set-forth in these proposal documents.
