Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an (Title-32) Open Agency Contract to procure Routine Maintenance Services herein, on behalf of the Georgia Department of Transportation, District 7. The primary intent of the eRFP is to identify a contractor to provide all of the needed goods and/or services. The Department is not obligated to purchase any minimum or maximum quantities. Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent. Bidders must download and upload solicitation documents requiring signature(s) and/or data responses as part of their overall solicitation response within the eRFP system. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted via email to Brandee Williams, at bqwilliams@dot.ga.gov. No questions other than written will be accepted. no response other than written will be binding upon the State. Answers to written questions, along with any necessary corrections or additions thereto, will be posted to the Georgia Procurement Registry. SUPPLIERS MUST PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION AS REQUESTED IN THIS RFP OR AS REQUESTED IN ANY DOCUMENTS ATTACHED TO THIS EVENT. FAILURE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF BID.
